ACDA promotes learning skills development at all level,. physical community assets, including affordable housing, promotes economic development, foster leadership development, builds capacity within the community and advocates on behalf of the community
We want ACDA to be a vehicle for building and developing the UK Asian community and focus on the issues affecting our community
Youth Development
Our project -Asian Youth for Community Empowerment (AYCE) supports young people in projects that provide leadership development and skill building, while raising awareness of critical community issues within Asian British culture. Youths organise historical walking tours of Nottinghamshire and in UK and produce a bi-monthly magazine both avenues for them to learn more about their community and express themselves through storytelling.
Our Youth development programme provide communication, critical thinking, public speaking, research, writing and marketing skills, while filling a gap by educating the general public about their community
